You will have 2 hours to thoroughly explore the dam. There will be plenty of time to take the optional Discovery Tour for $10 payable at the dam. (Children six and under are free.) In addition to lectured presentation by professional guides you will have access to the Exhibit Hall, Visitor’s Center and the indoor and outdoor observation decks and a 25 minute movie of the dam’s original construction.Everyone from children to grandparents enjoy this personalized tour.

This tour departs at 7:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and will last approximately 4 1/2 hours. (Tour length is subject to the traffic conditions at the dam.)

(Note: On all Hoover Dam tours, due to increased security, no bags, purses, cases, backpacks or fanny packs will be allowed inside the Visitor’s Center. Strollers and wheelchairs are subject to search. Cameras are allowed.)
